• Consultation: Project planning and consultation services for businesses in the DeLand area

2. Service Estimates and Pricing

• Transparent Pricing: All costs will be communicated before work begins
• Approval Required: We will not proceed with any paid work without your explicit approval
• Additional Scope: If additional work is requested beyond the agreed scope, we will provide a revised quote for your approval before proceeding
• Web Design Quotes: Web design projects require a detailed quote based on project scope, which must be approved before work begins

3. Payment Terms

• Web Design Projects: Payment schedules vary by project (typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion)

4. Warranties and Guarantees

• Web Design: Websites include a 30-day bug-fix period after launch for issues related to our development work
• Exclusions: This bug-fix period does not cover new features, content changes, third-party service outages, or issues caused by edits made by you or others after launch

5. Liability and Disclaimers

• Best Efforts: We provide professional service using industry best practices but cannot guarantee specific business results from a website
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for issues, outages, or fees related to third-party software, hosting, domains, licenses, or subscriptions
• Maximum Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Provide accurate information about your project goals and requirements
• Authorization: Ensure you have the authority to commission the website and approve work on your behalf
• Access & Credentials: Provide necessary content, assets, and account access for the project (we respect your privacy and security)
• Rights to Content: Ensure you own or are licensed to use any content, images, or materials you provide
• Timely Feedback: Provide feedback and approvals promptly to keep the project on schedule

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Before Work Begins: You may cancel a project before work begins with no charge
• Web Design: Cancellation terms are defined in project-specific agreements. Typically, deposits are non-refundable after work begins, and you are responsible for time invested up to the cancellation date

8. Intellectual Property

• Web Design: Upon full payment, you own the website content and code we create for you
• Third-Party Assets: Licenses for third-party themes, plugins, or assets are your responsibility
• Portfolio Use: We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise
